The hotel complex in Zelenogradsk combines warm timber, textured plaster, natural stone and soft light. Shared spaces and rooms are linked by one material language while receiving different scenarios.
The concept is built around the calm atmosphere of a coastal retreat. Rough textures meet soft textiles and woven details, while local light emphasises volumes and creates intimacy. The experience is designed as a sequence of spaces rather than a collection of decorative objects.

The reception and shared areas are built around large textured elements. Timber, stone and plaster create a coherent architectural shell, while greenery softens the more graphic surfaces.
In the rooms this language becomes quieter. Timber and textiles create a warm background, while lighting accents separate sleep, rest and everyday scenarios.

The palette is built from brown, sand and natural tones. Textured walls, timber panels and stone create depth without relying on a lot of colour.
